I have worked with Green Clean Services for over five years – I won't use another vendor for several reasons: Green Clean is a company who bids and performs on a job with the intent of maintaining a long-term relationship, not just a quick bid to "get the job." I have had that type of vendor in the past and the problems associated with such more than outweigh that low bid! I have had past cleaners ruin landscape, drip on vehicles, scratch windows, and leave terrible streaks on windows! None of this ever occurs with Green Clean. I know I can schedule a window cleaning with no resultant problems or upset tenants (not to mention ownership!). Peace of mind is worth everything when I sign a contract with a vendor, and with Green Clean, I have that and more.
In terms of the personnel with Green Clean, I have found the technicians to be extremely courteous, professional and expeditious when at the site. And I have always been impressed with Janice Callant, the owner, in her quick response to my calls (sometimes at the last minute) to take care of my commercial windows. Her billing system is always timely and accurate.
